POWER BEAT: This is a cycling workout using some great music. Get your pedals spinning as your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding.

BOXING: Is a Class that encompasses the technical aspects of boxing with core strengthening exercises. Learn boxing skills such as correct form in throwing jabs, hooks and uppercuts, while working at an intense pace. Class is taught by professional Boxing Teachers with a warm up, cool down and core work. Push yourself to the limit and find the champion within you! All fitness levels.

WEIGHT ZERO: Is a high-intensity workout that incorporates light weights, battle ropes, med balls, and a variety of equipment and body weight exercises to get your heart-rate up and shed fat FAST! Cardio doesn’t have to be boring and time-consuming; pair this class with your weight-training for a fat-burning, endorphin-releasing workout.

COMBAT FIT: It is a group training program of a cardiovascular type, which is to perform various martial arts movements based on the rhythm of the music. Also a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact, punch and kick your way to fitness. Release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ.

MILITARY SELF-DEFENSE: Helps to prepare you for unexpected situations and also helps develop increased mental and physical health. By learning the basics of self-defense, you help prepare yourself for dangerous and unforeseen circumstances.

STEP: Step is a form of aerobic exercise using of an elevated platform (the step). It helps burn calories, fat, reduce stress and promote restful sleep.

LEGS, BUMS and TUMS (LBT): This class focuses on technique and toning rather than intensity with series of exercises for legs, bums and abdominal areas; targeting specific problem areas.

POWER PUMP: A group training program based on weight lifting. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques.

CORE STABILITY: Improves balance, strength, flexibility and motor control skills enabling a body that is re-aligned, rebalanced and works more efficiently.

ZUMBA: It maintains healthy, strengthens and gives flexibility to the body through dance movements combined with a series of aerobic routines.

HIIT: Is a High Intensity Interval total body Training , heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind.

BODY CONDITIONING: This involves performing strengthening exercises at a low weight to the beat of the music. The exercises that condition, tone legs, buttocks, abdomen and arms are included.

STRONG by Zumba® :combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move.The class is a demanding session that works your entire body.

YOGA: A set of techniques aimed at achieving greater control of body and mind. Using postures and breathing exercises that strengthen the body and foster relaxation states.

PILATES: Exercises that help improve muscle tone through a series of fluid movements. Based on six principles, concentration, precision, breathing, control, fluidity of movement and centralization.

WATER AEROBICS: It is the performance of aerobic exercise in fairly shallow water. The class focus is on aerobic endurance, resistance training and creating an enjoyable atmosphere with music.

BODY CRUSH: is a full- body workout that focuses on the fundamentals of functional, power, and endurance strength training. It features a circuit training format. While the class focuses mainly on weight training through the use of free weights, resistance bands, barbells, and more to engage every muscle, it also includes short intervals of cardio and core work.
