BODYBALANCE – Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYBALANCE* is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. inspired soundtrack. Bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises whilst You strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered.

BODYPUMP – BODYPUMP is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music. You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

Bootcamp – This high energy, action packed class will help you burn fat and build muscle with a cardio and strength circuit. This class is a fun way to challenge your abilities and improve your strength

Box and Burn – This class is based around boxing pad work combinations and techniques, circuit style routines and weight training. Boxfit improves hand eye co-ordination, balance and cardio fitness, as well as being fun. This boxing class is intense, addictive and will keep you wanting more!

Pilates – Exercises that help improve muscle tone through a series of fluid movements. Based on six principles, concentration, precision, breathing, control, fluidity of movement and centralization. This low-impact class can help improve posture, muscle tone, and mobility, as well as relieve stress and tension. This class is amazing for improving core strength.

Spin –This class is all about focusing on endurance and strength. With intervals of high intensity and recovery, it involves following a routine to upbeat music using a stationary exercise bicycle. This class is low-impact, great for blasting fat as well as providing a high sense of achievement.

TRX-BOX: The use of TRX straps requires you to engage your core with every exercise and leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform various exercises. You are in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise. The TRX class is combined with boxing exercises for the cardio benefits.

Yoga – This is a set of techniques aimed at achieving greater control of body and mind. Using postures and breathing exercises that strengthen the body and foster relaxation states. Yoga has been proven to improve general health and has benefits for those wanting to improve flexibility and mental wellbeing.

WOD (Workout of the day) – This class focusses on combining strength lifts with cardio. The class format will change weekly to keep you challenged.

Functional Circuits– Incorporating the Frame(rig) in the Functional Room, this class combines the use of TRX straps, vipers (rubber tubes) and kettle bells to improve upper and lower body strength. It challenges the muscular and cardio systems improving strength and toning muscle.

Abs & Stretch – this class combines core/abdominal training with flexibility and posture exercises, if you need to strengthen your core, improve flexibility and aid prevention of injuries come alone to this 30-minute beneficial session.

Step/Step Aerobics – is a choreographed routine using the step to perform aerobic and body condoning movements whilst working to a set music routine.
