BODYBALANCE – Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYBALANCE* is the yoga based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. During BODYBALANCE an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered. Happy.

BODYPUMP – BODYPUMP is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories*. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

Bootcamp – This high energy, action packed class will help you burn fat and build muscle with a cardio and strength circuit. This class is a fun way to challenge your abilities and improve your strength.

Box n Burn – This class is based around boxing padwork combinations and techniques, circuit style routines and weight training. Boxfit improves hand eye co-ordination, balance and cardio fitness, as well as being fun.  This boxing class is intense, addictive and will keep you wanting more!

Pilates – Exercises that help improve muscle tone through a series of fluid movements. Based on six principles, concentration, precision, breathing, control, fluidity of movement and centralization. This low-impact class can help improve posture, muscle tone, and mobility, as well as relieve stress and tension. This class is amazing for improving core strength.

Spin –This class is all about focusing on endurance and strength. With intervals of high intensity and recovery, it involves following a routine to upbeat music using a stationary exercise bicycle. This class is low-impact, great for blasting fat as well as providing a high sense of achievement.

Step Aerobics – This class is a form of aerobic exercise using an elevated platform (the step). The height can be adjusted to individual needs. With routines that work both the upper and lower body, this class will improve both cardiovascular and muscular endurance that will also have a positive impact in daily life. This is a fun, “Old School” aerobics class that will get you moving to the music!

TRX-BOX: The use of TRX straps requires you to engage your core with every exercise and leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform various exercises. You are in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise. The TRX class is combined with boxing exercises for the cardio benefits.

Yoga – This is a set of techniques aimed at achieving greater control of body and mind. Using postures and breathing exercises that strengthen the body and foster relaxation states. Yoga has been proven to improve general health and has benefits for those wanting to improve flexibility and mental wellbeing.

Abs & Stretch – this class combines core/abdominal training with flexibility and posture exercises, if you need to strengthen your core, improve flexibility and aid prevention of injuries come alone to this 30-minute beneficial session.

Workout of the day–  This class focusses on combining strength lifts with cardio. The class format will change weekly to keep you challenged.

Posture & Stretch – A class to help stretch out your muscles that are often shortened after weight training.  It is a 30 minute class that will compliment any routine and is always changing focussing on different muscles.

Body Works – This class incorporates a variety of body weight and equipment exercises designed to target as many muscle groups as possible, providing a fantastic full body workout.

Functional Training– This class combines the use of TRX straps, vipers (rubber tubes) and kettle bells to improve upper and lower body strength. It challenges the muscular and cardio systems improving strength and toning muscle.

Beginners Yoga- This yoga class is for those new to yoga. Beginners Yoga allows you to familiarise yourself with the range of movements, through step-by-step demonstration, at the same time building strength and working on your core.
